About Market Hub Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. Market Hub Stock Broking Pvt. Ltd. is a leading financial services provider based in Surat, specializing in stock broking, depository services, and capital market operations. Role Overview:The Demat Head will be responsible for overseeing all operations related to the Depository Participant (DP) functions including account opening, transaction processing, modifications, billing, dematerialisation, DIS management, and compliance with CDSL regulations. The role demands leadership, process control, and deep understanding of depository operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. DP Back-Office Operations Supervise daily imports and updates in the DP back office system (CDAS). Ensure error-free updates of holdings, transactions, and client master files. Weekly sign import and regular transaction reconciliation. 2. Billing and JV Management Oversee AMC and TAR billing processes. Monitor and execute capital balance transfers (JV entries) accurately. 3. Account Opening & Verification Ensure timely and accurate opening of new Demat accounts. Review and approve account batches, uploads, and client verification. Supervise transition processes from minor to major accounts. 4. KRA Management Ensure KRA compliance: data matching, updates, image uploads, and XML file submissions. Manage modifications, deactivation, and delinking processes as required. 5. Client Data Modification Oversee client detail modifications and ensure correct updates in the back office and CDSL. 6. Dematerialisation & DIS Management Review and approve all dematerialisation requests (maker/checker process). Manage DIS punching, verification, and batch uploads to CDAS. Handle DIS book issuance, tracking, and returns. 7. Closer and Compliance Monitor account closure processes and ensure accurate final data uploads. Manage DIS slip issuance and closure batch uploads. Ensure all depository processes adhere to compliance and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Skills:· Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. · NISM Series VI (Depository Operations Certification) plus.
