Customer Care Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Care Executive to join our operations team in Mohali (Bestech Business Tower - Sector 66). This role is responsible for live monitoring of CCTV feeds, identifying unusual or suspicious activities, and ensuring timely reporting and escalation of incidents in line with company protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong observational skills, a disciplined approach to work, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of security and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Monitor real-time CCTV footage with precision and vigilance. Identify, assess, and report unusual activities or security incidents accurately and promptly. Document observations and maintain detailed daily incident logs. Coordinate with internal teams for escalations and incident resolution. Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies. Maintain shift handover reports and adhere to established monitoring protocols.
