Tiens India are welcoming a highly motivated and experienced profiles for the position of Customer Care Executive to join our team in Chennai.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care Executive in Chennai. The role involves providing customer support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include calculating and managing data as required, assisting in sales-related queries, and maintaining effective communication with clients to foster positive relationships.

Responsibilities

1. Handling Calls (HINDI, ENGLISH) and Data Management Branches Sales, Registry & Reports

  • Handle distributors and customers complaint request, assist customers on their enquiries and provide guidance to internal and external customers, advice on product usage, solutions and optimization.
  • Collect and update the Distributors basic information's and maintaining the records of every joiner and new joiners documents has to verify and raise the error report.
  • Calls to be attended in Hindi or English Language.

2. Interdepartmental and Branch Coordination

  • Develops a high performing branch customer care staff through education, mentoring and providing continual evaluation.
  • Oversees a team who manages Customer Care, logistics, management of applications and consolidation of complaints and quality reports.

3. Understanding the Promotion Policy and sharing with distributors

  • Promoting the monthly promotion policies in the market.
  • Periodically update the results in the market to get more achievers.

4. ID cards /Recognizing the New achievers

  • Dispatch distributors ID and badges to branches on request & maintain the dispatch report of ID and badges count.
  • Make sure all new rank achievers receive badges as per their rank and collect the rank achievers' photo for digital purpose.

5. Solving the Bonus returns and other distributors queries

  • Follow-up with Branches for Bonus returns & making sure that all the pending details are collected and updated.
  • Bi-monthly updating the return bonus and solving other queries of distributors and reporting monthly.

K.Y.C Documentation and Verification

  • To upload KYC documents (Identity Proof, Tax Proof, Bank Proof) in the database.
  • Database entry and verification of the documents.

Checking Database for violations

  • Checking database (in old records) for possible violations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Should have experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer complaints.
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Any Graduate with 1+ Years of experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Customer support, handling and resolving customer queries, and maintaining databases.
  • Hindi is a mandatory.
