Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Care Executive to join our team in the Recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience, excellent communication skills in German, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle international inbound calls from customers interested in placing orders.
Respond to inquiries and provide general information to resolve customer issues.
Work as part of the contact team to deliver exceptional customer experience.
Assist customers in completing purchases online and over the phone.
Provide upselling opportunities to increase sales revenue.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.

Job Requirements

Graduate degree (not a constraint for deserving candidates).
Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a reputable BPO.
Excellent customer service skills with a flair for upselling.
Comfortable working rotational shifts and offs.
Strong communication skills in German.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
