Customer Care Executive

Job Description We are looking for a Female Customer Support Executive to handle client coordination, order support, and after-sales communication for solar mounting structures such as Z Purlin, C Section, and solar frames. The role requires strong communication skills and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Handling Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails & WhatsApp Provide accurate information related to products, pricing, and order status Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers Order & Sales Support Coordinate with sales team for quotations & order confirmation Update customers regarding dispatch, delivery & timelines Support payment follow-ups in coordination with accounts team Documentation & Records Maintain customer records, complaints & follow-up details Ensure proper documentation of POs, invoices & dispatch details Prepare basic reports related to customer support activities After-Sales Coordination Address customer complaints and escalate issues when required Coordinate with production & logistics teams for issue resolution Ensure customer satisfaction after order completion Product Knowledge Required Solar mounting structures (MMS) Z Purlin, C Section & steel components Basic understanding of solar EPC workflow Required Skills Excellent communication skills (Hindi & basic English) Polite, patient & customer-friendly attitude Good knowledge of MS Excel, Email & WhatsApp handling Ability to multitask and handle pressure Qualification Graduate / Diploma (Any stream) Customer support or back-office experience preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Female candidate with prior customer support / coordination experience Experience in solar, steel, or manufacturing industry is an advantage Well-organized and professional
