  • Customer Service:

    Assist customers with placing orders and completing purchases both online and over the phone.
  • Team Collaboration:

    Work as part of a contact team focused on providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Upselling:

    Utilize excellent upselling skills to enhance sales.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    Minimum 6 months of international voice experience in a reputable International BPO.
  • Education:

    A graduate degree is preferred but not mandatory for deserving candidates.
  • Skills:

    Flair for customer service, excellent upselling skills, and strong communication.
  • Work Schedule:

    Must be comfortable with rotational shifts and offs.
