Job Description

1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email, social media).
  • Communicate project updates, meeting schedules, and coordination points professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain a warm, professional, and service-oriented relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Appointment Scheduling & Coordination

  • Book client meetings with design, project, and management teams.
  • Follow up with clients for confirmations, feedback, or documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and preparation for client interactions.

3. Lead Management & Follow-Up

  • Maintain and update lead databases (from Instagram, WhatsApp, walk-ins, etc.).
  • Follow up with potential clients regularly and escalate qualified leads to the sales or design team.
  • Assist in preparing client intro presentations or brochures when needed.

4. Documentation & Feedback Collection

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, queries, feedback, and resolutions.
  • Share client feedback with the internal team to improve service quality.
  • Support documentation related to contracts, agreements, or project status reports if required.

5. Issue Resolution & Client Support

  • Address and resolve client concerns courteously and efficiently.
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to the appropriate team member or department.
  • Ensure that client concerns are followed up and closed in a timely manner.

6. Social Media & Online Query Handling

  • Monitor and respond to client DMs, comments, and inquiries received through social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
  • Provide basic service information and pass genuine leads to the sales/design team.

7. Professional Presentation & Etiquette

  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Greet walk-in clients, offer hospitality, and guide them through basic company introductions or portfolios.
  • Represent the brand values of Arc Space with integrity and enthusiasm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
