Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support.
Handle customer inquiries related to airline tickets, flight schedules, and travel arrangements.
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-2 years of experience in BPO customer service or international voice process (blended process).
Strong communication skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in airline ticketing systems and processes is required; knowledge of blended processes an added advantage.
