Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, or chat support.
  • Handle customer inquiries related to airline tickets, flight schedules, and travel arrangements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO customer service or international voice process (blended process).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in airline ticketing systems and processes is required; knowledge of blended processes an added advantage.
  • 24/7 Shift
