Customer Interaction: Professionally handle customer inquiries through chat, call, or email, ensuring all questions are answered clearly and accurately. 2. Issue Resolution: Provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary. 3. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 4. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to provide updates, collect feedback, or promote services. 5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Job Requirements: 1. English Proficiency: Basic communication skills in English (minimum 50%) to handle customer interactions clearly. 2. Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute to manage multiple inquiries efficiently. 3. Team Attitude: A positive attitude toward teamwork, accountability, and the ability to contribute to a supportive work environment. 4. Commitment: Punctuality, consistency, and dedication to maintaining performance standards.
