Customer Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our customer engagement team. The role involves actively interacting with potential customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with our services. Your ability to build trust and long-term relationships with customers will be crucial in promoting customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction: Professionally handle customer inquiries through chat, call, or email, ensuring all questions are answered clearly and accurately.

2. Issue Resolution: Provide quick and effective solutions to customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.

3. Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with potential and existing customers to provide updates, collect feedback, or promote services.

5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.

Job Requirements:

1. English Proficiency: Basic communication skills in English (minimum 50%) to handle customer interactions clearly.

2. Typing Speed: Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.

3. Team Attitude: A positive attitude toward teamwork, accountability, and the ability to contribute to a supportive work environment.

4. Commitment: Punctuality, consistency, and dedication to maintaining performance standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Monthly Base Salary: $ 800

- Performance-Based Commission: $15

- *Earning Potential:$2,000 to $3,000/month (based on performance and incentives)

- Pay Date: 20th of every month
