Job Summary:

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and deliver outstanding service to our customers. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and professional manner

· Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically

· Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM tools

· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction

· Provide product/service information and resolve any emerging problems

· Work closely with internal teams to improve customer experience

· Meet performance KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scoresrious channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

· Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

· Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service software

· High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

· Prior experience in customer support or similar role is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
