Job Description

Establish/monitor CLTV models by channel Plan and design analytic assignments to develop analyses that lead to actionable outcomes Deliver sound descriptive analytics - the exploration, analysis, interpretation and presentation as such Develop a number of key dashboards for broader use across the Customer Solutions teams In conjunction with senior technical staff deliver advance descriptive and predictive analyst assets Capture and report performance data against established standards through weekly, monthly and annual reporting Track results to establish improvement milestones Define and implement a standard operating process for the analysis and management of retail partner scorecards Analyze and organize data and present clearly with recommendations to management Identify and implement improvement opportunities in business process and exception management reporting Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,455.00 - ₹28,755.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
