Job Description

  • Handle incoming calls in English and Hindi to assist customers with service queries or concerns.
  • Maintain a courteous, solution-focused approach in every interaction.
  • Accurately document queries, solutions, and follow-ups in internal systems.
  • Provide prompt resolution while adhering to quality standards and compliance guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalated issues and ensure closure.
  • Meet performance KPIs, including First Call Resolution (FCR), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Quality Scores.
Job Requirements:
  • Education:

    Minimum 12th passed (mandatory).
  • Language Proficiency:

    Fluent in English and Hindi with clear communication skills.
  • Skills:

    Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with an empathetic, customer-first approach.
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in a voice process or customer service role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
