📍 Location & Timing:

  • Hyderabad

  • Shift:

    11 AM – 9 PM

  • Work Mode:

    100% Work from Office

  • Work Days:

    Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  1. Application Development

  • Build

    custom applications

    in ServiceNow using

    ServiceNow Studio

    or

    App Engine Studio

    .
  • "Scoped applications" = apps built in their own

    sandbox environment

    (safe & isolated), so they don’t interfere with core ServiceNow apps.
  • This ensures flexibility and avoids risk to the main platform.

  1. Workflow Automation

  • Design and implement

    automated workflows

    so that business processes run smoothly without manual work.
  • Work with:

  • Flow Designer

    (no-code/low-code workflow builder).

  • Business Rules

    (server-side logic to automate actions).

  • Client Scripts

    (custom scripts for form/UI behavior).

  • UI Policies

    (dynamic form behavior, like making fields mandatory/hidden).
  • Basically, you’ll make the platform “smart” so it handles tasks automatically.

  1. Integration

  • Connect ServiceNow with

    other enterprise systems

    (like HR, Finance, CRM, or IT tools).
  • Use

    APIs (REST/SOAP)

    to push/pull data between ServiceNow and external applications.
  • Use

    IntegrationHub

    (ServiceNow’s integration engine) to simplify and standardize these connections.
