CSR - Manager & Executive - Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

  
  
• Design and implement CSR strategies aligned with Bisleris core values and business objectives.
• Develop annual CSR plans, budgets, and timelines.
  

• Program Execution

  
  
• Manage end-to-end execution of CSR initiatives including Bottles for Change,” water conservation projects, education drives, and community health campaigns.
• Liaise with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
  

• Monitoring & Evaluation

  
  
• Track KPIs, monitor progress, and assess the impact of CSR activities using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and regulatory compliance (e.g., Companies Act, 2013).
  

• Internal & External Communication

  
  
• Promote CSR initiatives through internal newsletters, social media, and external publications in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team.
• Organize employee engagement and volunteering activities to promote social responsibility within the organization.
  

• Compliance & Governance

  
  
• Ensure all CSR activities are compliant with applicable laws and guidelines.
• Support in preparing documents for CSR audits, Board presentations, and annual sustainability reports.
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related fields.
• 10-15 years of experience in CSR/Sustainability, preferably in Beverage or FMCG industry
• Experience in stakeholder management, budget handling, and NGO partnerships.
