Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Design and implement CSR strategies aligned with Bisleris core values and business objectives. Develop annual CSR plans, budgets, and timelines. Program Execution Manage end-to-end execution of CSR initiatives including Bottles for Change,” water conservation projects, education drives, and community health campaigns. Liaise with NGOs, government bodies, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery. Monitoring & Evaluation Track KPIs, monitor progress, and assess the impact of CSR activities using qualitative and quantitative methods. Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and regulatory compliance (e.g., Companies Act, 2013). Internal & External Communication Promote CSR initiatives through internal newsletters, social media, and external publications in collaboration with the Corporate Communications team. Organize employee engagement and volunteering activities to promote social responsibility within the organization. Compliance & Governance Ensure all CSR activities are compliant with applicable laws and guidelines. Support in preparing documents for CSR audits, Board presentations, and annual sustainability reports. Qualifications & Experience Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related fields. 10-15 years of experience in CSR/Sustainability, preferably in Beverage or FMCG industry Experience in stakeholder management, budget handling, and NGO partnerships. Skills Required Strong project management and execution capability Excellent written and verbal communication Analytical mindset with data-driven approach Passion for social impact and sustainability Knowledge of CSR compliance norms and documentation
