MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES '

• Design and execute CSR projects in alignment with organization's objectives towards ensuring timely completion of projects and achieving the desired scope.
• Track progress for projects and support in periodic evaluations; engage with impact assessment agencies for M&E activities
• Design and implement internal and external communication campaigns to drive impact stories; prepare internal & external reports to showcase CSR projects and its impact
• Update and manage CSR Dashboard and MIS system.
• Design and drive employee volunteering projects for the organization
• Assist in formulation of CSR strategy; providing valuable insights basis interventions having scope to deliver impact

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation or post-graduation in social work or development studies, CSR or related fields
• Good understanding of CSR and familiarity of CSR laws
• Previous work experience of atleast 1-2 years handling CSR project design/implementation with corporate philanthropy/Foundations, or a donor coordination role with NGOs (along with 1-2 years project management experience)
• Able to travel to project sites (on a need basis and for on-ground monitoring)
• Strong critical thinking, data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
