1. CSR Planning: Develop and prepare strategic CSR project plans in line with company guidelines and objectives.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with Croda CSR teams, volunteers, NGOs, local bodies, and reputed organizations such as TISS and PWC toensure smooth project implementation.
3. Project Execution & Monitoring: Oversee the execution of CSR projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and deliverables.
4. Meetings & Reporting: Organize and facilitate periodic meetings with stakeholders to review project performance and address challenges.
5. Budget Management: Track project expenditures and ensure optimal use of resources while adhering to budget constraints.
1. 3 or more years of experience in CSR project management or a similar role is required.
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
3. Proficiency in report writing and documentation.
4. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and guidelines related to CSR.
