CRM/Sales Coordinator

Coordinate with the sales team to track customer inquiries, quotations, and orders. Maintain client data, order records, and sales pipelines in CRM or ERP systems. Prepare and follow up on quotations, proformas, and work orders. Liaise with the production team to confirm timelines, quantities, and delivery status. Ensure timely dispatch of samples, mockups, and final shipments. Monitor and report on sales targets, client follow-ups, and order closures. Customer Interaction: Handle basic client queries and coordinate meetings or calls between sales managers and clients. Support new client onboarding with documentation, artwork collection, and coordination. Maintain regular contact with existing clients for feedback and repeat orders. Marketing Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing activities like email campaigns, WhatsApp blasts, exhibitions, or trade shows. Coordinate the creation of brochures, packaging samples, catalogs, and presentations. Manage and update company website, social media, and listings (like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.). Collect market intelligence – competitor pricing, new trends in packaging, or customer requirements. Help build a digital database of leads, samples, and references. Internal Coordination: Act as a bridge between sales, design, production, and logistics to ensure clear communication. Schedule and document internal sales meetings and client visits.
