Marketing Automation CRM Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end marketing automation campaigns across multiple channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, website, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  
• Develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into campaign performance, customer behavior, and key business metrics.
  
• Analyze campaign data to identify opportunities to improve performance and drive business outcomes.
  
• Develop and execute A/B testing plans to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer support to align campaigns with business goals and customer needs.
  
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as campaign performance, customer engagement, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
  
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and best practices in marketing automation and analytics.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• 1+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably in a D2C environment.
  
• Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as

  Contlo, HubSpot, CleverTap, MoEngage, LimeChat, Wati, GupShup, or WebEngage

  .
• Strong experience in analytics, including creating reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels including email marketing, social media, and website optimization.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and make data-driven decisions.
  
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
