Job Overview:

You will be responsible for ensuring enhancement, development, and support on Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide understanding and technical expertise in Business Central to business users.
  
• Understand business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions in the Business Central environment.
  
• Participate in project management and execution with internal teams / external partners as required.
  
• Assist in documentation, training, and support to end-users.
  
• Manage developmental roadmap and maintenance of add-ons/customizations.
  
• Stay abreast of new features and functionalities that may benefit the business.
  
• Assist with testing and quality assurance of version releases/updates.
  
• Manage and prioritize the resolution of issues received from business users.
  
• Develop/code whenever required.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Navision / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  
• Understanding of business processes across purchase, sales, warehousing, and finance.
  
• Experience with JSON, AL / C/AL programming languages.
  
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
