CRM Manager

Job Description: As a CRM Manager at our company located in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in CRM (Real Estate experience preferred), you will play a vital role in leading and managing our Customer Relationship Management team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing customer queries, providing timely solutions, handling escalated issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through various communication channels. Your role will involve leading, supervising, and guiding the CRM team to effectively manage all customer interactions. You will address and resolve escalated customer complaints with a solution-oriented and empathetic approach, responding to queries through calls, emails, and in-person visits. Collaboration with internal departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues will be essential, along with maintaining detailed records of interactions, complaints, and resolutions. Regular discussions with the General Manager on unresolved or critical customer issues will be part of your responsibilities. Monitoring the performance of the CRM team, providing feedback, and training as necessary will be crucial. Implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improving service quality, and ensuring up-to-date and effective utilization of CRM systems and processes will also be key areas of focus. The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong leadership and team management abilities, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills, proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite, and the ability to handle pressure while managing multiple priorities. A customer-centric mindset is essential for success in this role. A graduate in any discipline is required for this position, with an MBA in Marketing being preferred.
