CRM Manager

As a CRM Manager with over 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing CRM-related projects and initiatives for clients. Your role will involve serving as a connection point between client teams and internal delivery, ensuring seamless communication and execution. To excel in this position, you should possess a strong background in utilizing CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho. Your ability to align platform functionalities with client business objectives will be crucial. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of marketing workflows, campaign setup, integrations (APIs, webhooks), and lead tracking. Experience in the BFSI and Retail sectors will be advantageous in this role. You will be expected to take ownership of the end-to-end execution of CRM initiatives, starting from planning through to launch and reporting. Documenting client requirements, devising solution plans, and managing CRM workflows will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be required to support data/reporting needs and continuously optimize CRM processes. Managing up to 35 accounts simultaneously, depending on their complexity, will be a key aspect of this role. Your ability to multitask and prioritize effectively will be essential in meeting these expectations.,
