Job Description

We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, handling enquiries, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders efficiently
• Follow up with clients for pending payments
• Make outbound calls for updates, reminders, and support
• Provide information on credit/debit notes
• Handle and resolve customer enquiries
• Address and resolve any escalations promptly
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Graduate (preferred) with 1–3 years of experience in CRM / Customer Service
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Knowledge of stationery / office products industry will be an added advantage

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹14,575.33 - ₹44,968.90 per month
