Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and tech-savvy CRM Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM software, ensuring smooth communication with customers, and coordinating post-sales services. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the CRM software (lead tracking, data entry, follow-ups) Handle all customer interactions from booking to registration Coordinate between sales, documentation, accounts, and legal teams Track and follow up on payments, agreements, and customer queries Prepare reports related to bookings, collections, and client status Ensure timely customer communication and updates Assist in handover and registration processes Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM/customer handling (real estate preferred) Strong knowledge of CRM software tools and MS Office (Excel, Word) Excellent communication and coordination skills Must be fluent in English, Hindi, and local language (Telugu) Organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
