Job Description

You will be joining a fast-growing digital healthcare company committed to enhancing patient outcomes through technology-driven solutions. As a CRM & Digital Engagement Specialist, your primary focus will be on driving patient engagement and increasing brand visibility by utilizing Zoho CRM and various social media platforms. In your role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Zoho CRM for lead capture, segmentation, automation, and reporting purposes. This includes creating and maintaining workflows, campaigns, and integrations within the platform. Monitoring and analyzing patient journeys, engagement rates, and conversion funnels will also be part of your responsibilities, along with collaborating closely with sales and support teams to ensure smooth CRM operations and communication. On the social media front, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance the company's digital presence, particularly on Instagram. This involves creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content tailored to the healthcare audience, as well as monitoring trends, engaging with followers, and managing direct messages and comments. Analyzing social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement and reach will also be crucial. Additionally, you will play a key role in coordinating marketing campaigns across CRM and social platforms, working closely with content, design, and clinical teams to maintain messaging consistency. Staying informed about digital healthcare marketing best practices and emerging trends will be essential to your success in this role. To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience with Zoho CRM in areas such as campaigns, workflows, automation, and reporting. A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM roles within the healthcare or healthtech sector is required. A solid understanding of Instagram and other key social media platforms, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in CRM metrics and social insights are also necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a creative mindset with attention to detail and branding consistency, are qualities that will set you up for success. Preferred qualifications include experience with other Zoho tools such as Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Desk, familiarity with HIPAA-compliant marketing, and proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Later, or Meta Business Suite. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift or fixed shift schedule, requiring in-person work at the designated location.,
