CRM Manager

You will be responsible for understanding the commercial operation, challenges, objectives, and daily work of each team to enhance their productivity through CRM administration. Your duties will include providing system administration support, focusing on user permissions, custom objects, and workflows. Additionally, you will create, manage, and optimize complex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes. Analyzing data to derive insights into team operations, effectiveness, and productivity will be a crucial part of your role. You will collaborate closely with other teams to capture and define business requirements for CRM implementation. Furthermore, you will coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools, as well as assist in identifying and resolving data anomalies and errors to ensure high data integrity. Your responsibilities will also involve creating and updating documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree with a strong analytical and technical background. A minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM Administration, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, is required. Demonstrated proficiency in administering and configuring CRM systems, including custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permissions, is essential. You should be familiar with automating business processes, creating reports and dashboards, and conducting data analysis. Experience in collaborating directly with commercial, financial, and data teams will be advantageous. Strong communication and collaboration skills will be key to your success in this role.
