Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic CRM Executive to strengthen our sales and distribution network in the FMCG food industry (Deepak Brand). The role involves managing customer relationships, coordinating sales activities, generating and nurturing leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business growth. You will also guide a team for daily CRM and sales coordination tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM system to keep updated customer data, distributor details, retailer contacts, and sales records.
  • Generate leads for distributors, super stockists, and retailers through calls, databases, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct online/telephonic meetings with leads to mature them into potential partners/customers.
  • Ensure strong follow-ups to convert leads into active channel partners or hand over qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, market visits, meetings, closures, and order placements.
  • Manage and guide a team for daily activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
  • Assist in preparing sales MIS, market reports, and performance trackers for management.
  • Handle distributor/retailer/customer queries and coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, accounts, logistics) for resolution.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives such as loyalty programs, sampling, and product promotion drives.
  • Maintain strong follow-ups for order processing, dispatch tracking, and payment collection when required.
  • Contribute to process improvements in CRM, distributor coordination, and sales workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
  • Prior experience in FMCG sales coordination/CRM preferred.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Good command of CRM tools, MS Excel, and digital platforms.
  • Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and result-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,220.99 - ₹25,000.00 per month
