CRM Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Assistant to join our team in the cooling tower manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build their careers in a technical and administrative capacity. The candidate will provide support to ensure the smooth functioning of our operations.

1. Documentation and Record-Keeping
   i) Maintain and organize technical drawings, reports, and other project-related documents.ii) Update and archive records in accordance with company protocols.iii) Prepare and edit technical documents such as user manuals and product specifications.
2. Coordination and Communication
   i) Assist the technical team in coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments.ii) Schedule meetings, prepare minutes, and distribute follow-up action items.iii) Respond to technical inquiries via email or phone.
3. Data Entry and Reporting
   i) Enter and update technical data into the company s systems accurately.ii) Generate periodic reports for ongoing projects, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
4. Support to Technical Team
   i) Assist in the preparation of tenders, quotations, and proposals.ii) Conduct basic research and provide support for product development or project execution.iii) Organize and manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and technical materials.
5. Other Administrative Tasks
   i) Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.ii) Ensure compliance with company policies for technical processes and documentation.iii) Provide general administrative support as needed.

Education:

No prior experience required; training will be provided. Candidates with internships or academic projects in a related field are encouraged to apply.
