Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing phone calls Handle email queries and process them accordingly as per given procedures, guidelines and policies Handle customer communications on calls, email and whatsapp Work on the ERP for the sales flow for all updates and documents Follow up for quote and payments from customers, if required Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Coordinate with team and management to provide required resolutions to customers Understand customer needs and align product offerings with their requirements. Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers throughout the sales process. Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of our solutions. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify sales opportunities. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Contribute to sales strategies, pricing decisions and contract negotiations based on technical considerations. Understand our product/service’s technical features, functionalities and benefits. Address technical questions and concerns from customers and provide pre-sales support by answering technical inquiries. Liaise with the engineering or technical team to address technical concerns or requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to gather technical requirements and ensure the successful implementation of solutions and processing of orders. Provide sales support to customers, including technical troubleshooting and customer training, ensuring their satisfaction with the product or service. Give active feedback and insights from the market to the product development and marketing team. Participate in sales meetings, trade shows and industry events to promote our products or services. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics and competitor offerings. Handle any operational jobs as and when required Required Skills and Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in science, preferably B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 2.
