CRM Executive

Job Title: CRM Executive (Female) Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (6 Days Working, Tuesday Off) We are looking for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive with 3–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasing personality, soft-spoken nature, and excellent communication skills, ensuring a smooth client servicing experience. Key Responsibilities:  Make welcome calls to new clients and ensure a warm onboarding experience.  Handle client calls and queries in a professional and courteous manner.  Manage and maintain client documentation and ensure accuracy.  Provide after-sales service support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments for seamless client servicing.  Maintain regular follow-ups with clients to nurture strong long-term relationships.  Prepare and update client reports and records in CRM systems. Requirements:  Graduate in any stream (Business/Management preferred).  3–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client coordination (real estate industry preferred).  Excellent verbal communication and pleasing speaking skills.  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.  Positive attitude, approachable, and client-focused mindset. Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,458.32 - ₹24,503.83 per month
