Extensive experience in Pardot (or other marketing automation platform) and Salesforce • Ability to demonstrate expertise in optimizing email marketing effort deliverability and click through behaviour • Ability to create lead generation and conversion rate optimisation strategies • Experience in managing marketing contact data and data management strategy • Consistently applies GDPR with regards to all email marketing and data management activity • User experience focus • Good ability to use data to create stories that clearly explain marketing activity performance and user behaviour trends • Able to explain technical and analytical information with clarity to senior managers and colleagues with clarity • Understands and is driven by the relationship between marketing effort and revenue generation • Proficient user of WordPress CMS • Experience managing third party suppliers
