CRM Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and customer-focused CRM Executive who will be the primary point of contact between Talwarsons and our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage customer relationships with warmth, precision, and urgency.

Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, and chat.
• Coordinate and schedule video call appointments with international and domestic clients, with timely follow-ups.
• Track daily customer interactions on WhatsApp and respond professionally as required.

2. Pricing, Documentation & CRM Updates

• Collect pricing and quotation details from sales staff and share with clients.
• Regularly update and maintain customer contact information in CRM Software using Customer Selection Sheet / Enquiry Capture Sheet, and categorize them as leads or customers.
• Record walk-in clients daily (Gold & Diamond) and share reports via email.

3. Customer Feedback & Review Management

• Monitor and update Google Reviews daily.
• Track customer feedback, report concerns, and ensure quick resolution or escalation to the appropriate team member.

4. Issue & Resolution Handling

• Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely, polite and professional manner, or route them to the correct team/person.

5. CRM Reporting & Data Analysis

• Generate monthly reports on:
• Customer trends
• Sales data
• Best-performing salesperson of the month

6. CRM & Technology Management

• Ensure the CRM software is functioning efficiently and updated regularly.
• Attend CRM tool training sessions as required.

7. Collection & Follow-Ups

• Make collection calls and follow up with customers on pending payments.

8. Vendor & PR Database Management

• Maintain all vendor / PR contact & business information in Google forms.
• Bifurcate and forward vendor / PR details to the correct internal team and maintain professional communication where required.
