Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage order processing, follow-ups, tagging, and inventory operations for a Jewelry Company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi , good organizational abilities, and must be comfortable working on computers and office software. Key Responsibilities Order Management : Process new orders accurately and ensure timely updates in the system. Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution of orders. Order Follow-Up : Track pending orders and update customers/teams about status. Ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related queries. Tagging & Documentation: Tag products and maintain proper records for inventory and sales. Prepare and update order-related reports as needed. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate entries, and prevent discrepancies. Requirements Proven experience in office administration, order handling, or back-office operations . Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written). Ability to operate a computer efficiently (MS Office, Excel, email, order management software, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Attend customer calls and assist with requirements, queries, and product details. Share quotations, designs, and relevant information via calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, and payments. Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams for timely order updates. Build long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of satisfaction. Maintain proper documentation and generate reports of customer interactions.
