We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage order processing, follow-ups, tagging, and inventory operations for a Jewelry Company. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, good organizational abilities, and must be comfortable working on computers and office software.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Process new orders accurately and ensure timely updates in the system. Coordinate with relevant teams for smooth execution of orders.
Order Follow-Up: Track pending orders and update customers/teams about status. Ensure timely delivery and resolve order-related queries.
Tagging & Documentation: Tag products and maintain proper records for inventory and sales. Prepare and update order-related reports as needed.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, ensure accurate entries, and prevent discrepancies.

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, order handling, or back-office operations.
Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken & written).
Ability to operate a computer efficiently (MS Office, Excel, email, order management software, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
