Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The role involves supporting the sales process, managing customer relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers regarding their orders. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers regarding product inquiries, order placements, and service-related queries.
  • Receive and process order requests from customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate closely with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their orders, including expected delivery timelines or any changes.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints, concerns, or service issues professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy of contact details, order history, and communication logs.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, quotes, and documentation as required.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to the appropriate department.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a similar CRM, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
  • A team player with a customer-centric attitude.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

  • Experience in manufacturing or production-based industries.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of order processing and inventory coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
