Job Description – CRM, Social Media & Sales Coordination Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive candidate who can manage CRM operations, handle social media campaigns, coordinate with telecalling and sales teams, and support overall sales activities for our Real Estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CRM Management:

• Handle daily updates in CRM software.
• Manage customer inquiries, leads, follow-ups, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales pipeline and customer interactions.
• Generate CRM reports and share with management.

2. Social Media Handling:

• Manage Instagram & Facebook campaigns (Insta Ads, FB Ads).
• Create and post engaging content for real estate projects.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve lead generation.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies/designers for creative content.

3. Telecaller Team Coordination:

• Supervise telecalling team and ensure daily calling targets are achieved.
• Provide lead lists, track call status, and maintain calling reports.
• Ensure proper follow-up by the telecalling team on all leads.

4. Sales Team Support:

• Coordinate with sales executives for site visits and follow-ups.
• Track sales team performance and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
• Assist in closing deals by ensuring proper documentation and customer support.

5. Administrative Support:

• Prepare MIS reports for management review.
• Assist in planning promotional activities for projects.
• Maintain strong coordination between CRM, marketing, and sales departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred in Business/Marketing/Management).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM/Sales coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Experience in handling Instagram/Facebook campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati.
• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
