Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description

The Civil Supervisor is responsible for managing construction activities on-site, ensuring the project is completed in accordance with design specifications, safety standards, and within the allotted time and budget. They are a key point of contact between the project management team, contractors, and field workers. Post Civil Supervisor JobResponsibilities Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors. Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management. Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise. Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Conduct regular site meetings to update all stakeholders on project status. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction supervision. Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines. Proven leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
