CRM Executive Experience: 0–1 year Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle presales coordination, customer relationship management, and communication with potential and existing customers. You must have strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Handle presales inquiries , explain product/service details, and support the sales team in follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer data. Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and messages in a professional and timely manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, service) to resolve customer issues. Track leads, maintain lead status, and ensure timely follow-ups. Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for the presales team. Generate reports related to leads, follow-ups, and customer feedback. Support customer onboarding and post-sales communication. Skills Required: Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory). Knowledge of Kannada or willingness to learn (preferred). Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills. Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM tools). Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills. Qualifications: Any graduate (Preferred: BBA, BCom, BA, or equivalent). 0–1 year of experience in presales, customer service, telecalling, or CRM roles. strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
