Key Responsibilities Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and loyalty channels. Maintain and update customer databases with accuracy and consistency. Track campaign performance and share insights to support data-driven decisions. Assist in customer segmentation, personalization, and engagement activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand communication. Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement. Key Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of CRM/marketing support experience, preferably in F&B/retail. Working knowledge of CRM tools, dashboards, and customer data management. Strong attention to detail, communication, and execution skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
