CRM Content Associate

Company Description The Associate CRM Content will be an integral part of the Hyderabad Marketing Operations team, within the UK region. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of CRM content activities such as content creation, image sourcing, landing pages etc., ensuring best use of the internal tools available. Also, this role plays a pivotal role in working along with cross-functional teams to execute key processes, manage projects, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our business. Job Description Key Responsibilities You will collaborate with Operations/Propositions Leadership and key business stakeholders to meet the day-to-day business requirements Ensure that all campaign builds are fulfilled to a high standard, in a timely fashion Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address content related issues. To create assets related to all Casino Labels within the defined SLAs and provide Quality Assurance Regular updates to the Team Lead on any issues or procedural improvements Offering support to the relevant team in terms of Sitecore template builds Maintaining an effective working relationship with other key departments Ensuring support to the operations team on operational escalations, regular promotional builds, internal queries in a timely fashion You will stay updated on industry trends, new tools and best practices. Provide support to the Team Lead on UAT, MUAT from Content perspective Follow up on related Incidents & alert the relevant teams when an incident needs to be raised Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements, efficiency gains, and Sitecore related enhancements Ensuring the Daily Task Sheets are up-to date Qualifications You are skilled in the tools and systems used by the HYD Marketing Content team You are good @ HTML, CSS, Sitecore, SNOW Ticketing System and familiar with tools used by Operations You have excellent communication and presentation skills You have strong interpersonal skills, and are able to collaborate and work well with a diverse team at all levels of seniority You are Enthusiastic and have a positive approach to work on feedback provided You are a quick learner on new tools and stay updated on Sitecore Product releases At times you will be exposed to sensitive information, and you have the maturity to always maintain confidentiality Additional Information Benefits At Ivy, we know that signing top players requires a great starting package, and plenty of support to inspire peak performance.
