Job Description

Job responsibilities Design and implement CRM campaigns to drive customer retention, loyalty, and repeat purchases. Ideation and execution of Campaigns, customer journey and segmentation through campaign management tools Assisting in build customer engagement plans, publish timely campaign calendar & identify segments for communications. Manage end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, Whatsapp & RCS, in-app, and web. Track campaign performance & use insights to optimize campaigns through A/B testing and iterative improvements. Co-ordinate & closely work with the data analytics team, merchandising, marketing team, technical & design team & external vendors Good understanding of Marketing Automation tool like Clevertap, Webengage, Moengage, Smartech, etc 4-6 years of experience working in CRM department Show more Show less
