Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled CRM & Business Applications Specialist with hands-on experience in Zoho and other leading business software platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing CRM systems, along with other business applications, to streamline operations, enhance customer relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • CRM Management:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Zoho CRM and other CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot, etc.).
  • Create workflows, automation, and reports to support sales and customer success teams.
  • Ensure data accuracy, regular updates, and seamless integration with other tools.
  • Business Applications Handling:
  • Manage and support applications like Zoho Books, Zoho People, Zoho Projects, and other relevant tools (HRMS, ERP, Tally, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
  • Train team members on proper usage and best practices.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Analyze business requirements and recommend software solutions.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using application features.
  • Collaborate with different departments (sales, HR, finance, operations) to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Integration & Customization:
  • Work on API-based integrations between applications.
  • Customize dashboards, modules, and reports as per business needs.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience with Zoho suite (CRM, Books, People, Projects, Desk, etc.).
  • Hands-on exposure to other business applications (Salesforce, HubSpot, HRMS, ERP, Tally, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of CRM workflows, automation, and data management.
  • Ability to analyze business processes and suggest software-based improvements.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of third-party integrations (Zapier, APIs, webhooks).
  • Basic understanding of SQL / data queries.
  • Experience in digital transformation projects.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
