Barclays is looking for CRM Analyst to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns, providing insights to enhance business growth.
Develop and implement effective CRM strategies to improve customer engagement and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver targeted marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
