Role Overview:
We are seeking a CRM Analyst to manage and optimize Zoho CRM, support users, and improve business processes through data-driven insights.
Manage and update Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and automations.
Gather requirements and create basic BRD/SRS documents.
Handle CRM data uploads, cleaning, validation, and reporting.
Coordinate with developers/QA for issue resolution and UAT.
Create CRM dashboards/reports using Excel or Power BI.
Provide user support and process documentation.
Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM .
Strong in Excel, SQL basics, and reporting tools.
Knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.
Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
IT/Computer Science graduate preferred.
