Job Description - CRM Analyst / Zoho CRM Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking a CRM Analyst to manage and optimize Zoho CRM, support users, and improve business processes through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and update Zoho CRM modules, fields, workflows, and automations.



  • Gather requirements and create basic BRD/SRS documents.



  • Handle CRM data uploads, cleaning, validation, and reporting.



  • Coordinate with developers/QA for issue resolution and UAT.



  • Create CRM dashboards/reports using Excel or Power BI.



  • Provide user support and process documentation.



Requirements


  • Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM .



  • Strong in Excel, SQL basics, and reporting tools.



  • Knowledge of requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT.



  • Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.



  • IT/Computer Science graduate preferred.
