Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning. Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
