About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented CRM & Accounts Operations Manager to oversee our customer relationship management and financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills to optimize processes, manage accounts efficiently, and ensure excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

  • Oversee customer relationship management processes and ensure high-quality client engagement.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, track customer interactions, and generate reports on customer trends.
  • Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement.

Accounts & Financial Operations:

  • Manage billing, invoicing, and collection processes accurately and timely.
  • Oversee financial transactions, account reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, tax regulations, and IT filing requirements.
  • Collaborate with auditors, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth financial operations.

Process Optimization & Reporting:

  • Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement efficiency enhancements.
  • Generate regular reports on CRM performance, financial status, and operational metrics.
  • Develop dashboards and KPIs for management decision-making.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the CRM and accounts team to achieve operational goals.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in CRM management and accounts/financial operations.
  • Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, GST, tax compliance, and IT filing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and drive process improvements.
