Hiring a Crewing Coordinator!

Location:


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate seafarer joining logistics and verify all required documentation.
  • Prepare and process flag state documentation and joining formalities.
  • Act as the primary contact for crewing-related queries.
  • Liaise with agents, vessels, and crew to ensure seamless crew changes.
  • Maintain accurate records through crewing software, DG and Flag Portals, and personal files.
  • Arrange crew medicals (PEME), visas, pre-joining training, and accommodation.
  • Conduct pre-joining briefings and debriefings for sea staff.
  • Collect and address crew feedback to enhance satisfaction and efficiency.

  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new software
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to handle pressure
  • A strong team player with coordination and influencing ability
  • Must be from maritime background.
