Job Description

Qualification:

  • First class Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) and

    M.Com is mandatory

Experience:

  • Minimum

    5 years of experience

    in

    Corporate Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including

    Accounts Payable, Receivable, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation

  • Handle vendor payments

    ,

    expense tracking

    , and ensure timely settlements
  • Maintain accurate financial records in

    Tally/ERP systems

  • Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations

  • Ensure statutory compliance

    including TDS, GST, and other regulatory requirements
  • Assist in

    monthly and yearly closing

    of accounts
  • Work closely with auditors and management for smooth audit and reporting processes
  • Utilize

    Advanced MS Excel

    for financial analysis and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in

    Tally/ERP

    and

    Advanced Excel

  • Accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
