Key Responsibilities: Provide detailed information on Itineraries, pricing, and promotions. Assist clients in selecting the most suitable cruise based on their preferences. Make reservations and process payments accurately. Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise lines, ships, destinations, and travel regulations.
